UMKC School of Computing & Engineering
Mr. Kelly worked as Black & Veatch’s Head – Power System Study Group until 2005 and has been teaching power engineering on a full time basis ever since. He is currently a faculty member of UMKC’s School of Computing and Engineering and is developing a Power Lab for the reemergence of power engineering primarily due to the recent developments in power electronics. Mr. Kelly has a BSEE from UMR and is a senior member of IEEE. Mr. Kelly teaches courses such as Power Lab, Transmission System Planning, and Auxiliary Electric System Design.
