2019 SUMMER CAMPS

Biomechanical Engineering Camp is an opportunity for 9-12th graders to explore the field of biomechanical engineering from a variety of academic and hands on perspectives. In this camp students will measure the force of impacts on the musculoskeletal system, operate the motion capture lab, make 3-D prints and perform bone analysis. No previous experience or knowledge is required—just a desire to learn!

AGES: Rising 9-12th graders

Thanks to the generous support from Google Fiber, we will be offering a limited number of scholarships for students to attend Camp Invention in Summer 2019. Please complete the scholarship application and submit it to umkcscecamps@umkc.edu. Scholarship recipients will be notified by email. Scholarships will be dispersed on a first-come, first-served basis.
